UNLOCKING YOUR FULL POTENTIAL

The Sandra Lithium-Tantalite Prospect is nestled within the rich geological landscape of Mudzi area, located in the Mashonaland East Province of Zimbabwe. Positioned approximately 30 km west of Kotwa and 25 km north of Sustwe, this prime prospect area lies just 40 km northeast of Mutoko, a mere 160 km northeast of the capital city, Harare. Accessible from the Nyamapanda – Harare highway, a 10 km venture off to the west leads to the Chingwena School gravel road, guiding explorers approximately 17 km to Shinga Business Centre. From there, a due north trajectory for about 5 km, followed by a northwest journey for 7 km, brings visitors to the treasure trove nestled around Chisamvi Dam, where the Sandra Lithium-Tantalite Prospect awaits exploration on both sides of the Tembo River.

The prospect area resides within the Zambezi Mobile (Orogenic) belt, characterized by a diverse tapestry of granitoids, gneisses, and migmatites. This geological marvel records significant tectono-thermal events spanning from approximately 89-880 Ma and 550-520 Ma. Such events have left an indelible mark on the landscape, reworking older crustal components and contributing to the formation of a complex polyorogen. As part of the Neo-proterozoic to Cambrian Pan African Belt, which includes notable geological features such as the Damara Belt of Namibia, the Lufilian Arc of Zambia and the DRC, and the Mozambique Belt, the Zambezi Mobile Belt holds a central position within the Pan African Orogenic System.

GEOLOGICAL CONTEXT:

RICH TAPESTRY

Within the NE Zimbabwe region, where the Sandra Lithium-Tantalite Prospect is situated, the geological canvas is painted with the Rushinga Metamorphic Suite and the Mudzi Metamorphic Suite. The Mudzi Metamorphic Suite, located southwest of the prospect area, boasts massive gneisses with an orthogneissic aspect. Contrastingly, the Rushinga Metamorphic Suite presents a Proterozoic sequence characterized by paragniesses and migmatites, showcasing a tapestry of structural and metamorphic fabrics indicative of Pan African age. Notable rock formations within this suite include meta-quartzites, marble horizons, and a variety of gneisses and migmatites, each contributing to the rich geological tapestry awaiting exploration.

The Sandra Lithium-Tantalite Prospect presents an exciting investment opportunity within Zimbabwe’s burgeoning mining sector. With its strategic location, rich geological diversity, and proximity to key infrastructure, this prospect holds immense potential for investors seeking to capitalize on the region’s mineral wealth. As Zimbabwe continues to attract attention within the global mining community, the Sandra Lithium-Tantalite Prospect stands as a promising frontier for those looking to participate in the country’s economic growth and development.
